rambling updates.

Wow. Life is so busy. My computer is dumb so it wont let me load pics lately. boooo. My facebook albums are even old. Life has been chaos so far for 2011. Basketball absorbs alot of our time, Jaxon turned one, my beloved Grandma Betty got sick and passed away, Jaxon knocked out one tooth completely and chipped of a front one to almost nothing, and a new development Cameryn has decided temper tantrums are fun to throw occassionally. We are blessed though, Jaxon's teeth are baby teeth, so he will just look like a redneck till hes 6-8 years old, and Cameryn really is so good most of the time. She is alot better about actually playing WITH Jaxon. He admires her yet torments her by pulling her hair or sitting on her when shes on her bean bag chair watching TV. Its pretty funny he already knows how to annoy her!
Jaxon still isnt a man of many words, pretty much occassionally Mama or Dada. He doesnt seem to have any interest in talking. He walks and runs like a pro. The kid is obbsessed with a ball of any kind. Hes got about 4 or 5 and loves them. Last night he watched Daddy and Scott play and sat on the bench holding a basketball for about 30 minutes.
Cameryn will have her screening for school April 1st. I cant believe shes already old enough to get ready for school. Shes so excited that next year she will be in school. Shes already talking about college. Hopefully her interest in that stays a top priority! Im thinking shes gonna be quite the busy bee when she gets older. She is already wanting to learn how to bump a volleyball, pass, and bounce a basketball, and of course her cheerleading skills are always improving! haha. She strives to learn things all the time. Last week she was upset cuz she doesnt know how to speak spanish. "WHAT?!" Yes my 4 year old wants to speak spanish. I started talking to her telling her when she watches Diego and Dora they teach her spanish and I taught her a few words that I know. The things she comes up with are hilarious yet impress me sometimes.
The basketball season is going pretty well. We have alot of potential we just need to push through and play 100% every game, which doest seem to happen. Hopefully they can pull it together by district time. I must say Im looking forward to basketball being over though. It is difficult to work everything out when I work 12 hr shifts and there are games. Erik has applied to the PDC program to obtain his masters, so we will see how that turns out.We should know something in a few months. There are alot of peices that need to fall into place for it to all work out and Im not gonna lie, the talks of cuts to education make me a little nervous.
I am hoping to get back to school and get my RN asap. My thoughts are I already work the days/nights, 12 hr shifts, and holidays, I may as well have more than double my salary, plus I really want to be the nurse working with a doctor to save someones life. I see the nurses in the ICU work so hard to keep people alive and healthy its pretty inspirational. I want to do that so badly.

Yea I made it....im pretty proud of it!

I have a little CULLEN!

Yes I know its cheesy to call my son a Cullen, for you non-twi-hards thats the last name of the Vampire family in Twilight. He now has his two bottom front teeth but now he has little vampire teeth sticking out on the top! Those are his only top teeth at this point! i think that he has one more set coming in right next to them but they arent his front ones, granted i can see that they are kinda starting BUT the other ones look like they will pop through first! So for now hes my little CULLEN! haha. He had his check up yesturday, that little turkey is 21 lbs 6 ozs!!! His head is back to normal within the growth chart at 18 cm and he is 2 feet 5 inches long. Funny though cuz hes in the in the 50th % and Cameryn was always GREATER than the 95th% for size and stuff!
Well while we were at the doctor and he got his 2 shots I decided I better get the kids their flu shots......well the nurse thought it would be a great idea to have Jaxon go first, dumb. Cam watched Jaxon get his and was just fine she even took her pants down and then all the sudden she started fighting, slid down the table and Man i have never seen that girl pull her pants up so fast! She started freaking out so i picked her up to set her back up on the table and she ripped out my earing and started kicking and screaming. So she just got held down and screamed bloody murder.....NEXT TIME I CHOSE THE ORDER THEY GET SHOTS! Jaxon had already finished crying but once he heard Cam freak out he started crying again....OMG. Glad thats done though I guess. I tried to go to Alco to get a few things but Cameryn decided that she was going to run all over the store, wow that is one time I wanted to beat her. I picked up Jaxon and dragged her outta the store screaming. Yes I was one of those parents yesturday a child screaming that I couldnt control. I was so fricken boiling mad when i got to the car. I think from now on ALL of my shopping will be done with no kids. On a side note I think that all stores should have the double seat in the cart like Sams Club. Then my biggest problem would be the two kids buggin the crap outta each other.

OMG I discovered shutterfly! Im working on a few project that hopefully this weekend I will have some time to do now that I have my actual disks with pics on them instead of trying to steal my pics from facebook, cuz the resolution is not great. Im doing a book for Cameryns first year, Jaxons first year (obviously still in the works), Jaxons Cranio journey (with some explaining of Craniosynostosis, and I think Im gonna do one for Xandra too. My sister mentioned shes not very good about taking pictures and stuff and over the years I have some so I thought putting a book together would be cool for her.

Cougars win!!!! Im in a great mood tonight....tired but happy!

Homecoming went very well! The Cougars won, well we actually pretty much destroyed good ole Alcester Hudson. Its kinda odd cheering against our hometown cubbies. Jaxon didnt have anything that was "Cougar" so I made him a shirt that said "Lil Cougar Cub" and it turned out SUPER DUPER cute! I had so many compliments on it. People thought I bought it! :) Its just iron on letters too! haha. I put Sommervold on the back and it darn near took up the entire back of the shirt for him! So he rocked his shirt and Cameryn and I wore our Cougar shirts! We were Homecoming ready and even had the bead necklaces! FUN TIMES! Cameryn thought I was the meanest mom in the entire world because she wanted to RUN around with her friends who are like 2-3 years older. I dont trust her yet with that, shes still only 3. The bigger kids forget about her and/or they are always getting into trouble. That is my biggest pet peive, Parents that have no idea that their kids are being the biggest SH*T heads ever. I was so mad! Heres my 3 year old begging to go with all these kids that were running crazy, NO WAY! I am not that parent, I dont care if ppl think Im too protective! No one is ever gonna say, geeze whos watching that kid..... enough with my rant. Just saying though!
Cameryn totally calmed down when she found $1 bill laying on the ground, not only did she FIND money but she PAID FOR HER OWN "Session stand food" (for some reason she doesnt get that its a CONsession stand.)
Other than that not a whole lot else has been going on. Still busy keeping up with work and keeping the apt from falling apart! I have really gotten the ambition to go back to school. I really love my job at the hospital. I so badly wish I could go back to school to be a nurse right now....but i dont want my kids to forget that their parents are here for them, plus Erik is so busy with coaching and next year hopefully he can get his masters. I might try to take some Generals starting in the summer. It is really something that i want to do. I think i could really do a good job but i dontt know for sure if i want to do like labor and delivery, critical care, or peds. Peds is kinda a big maybe, i dont know if i could do the sick KIDS and like abuse situations and stuff. I guess thats why when your in school you float to different departments though! i dont have to figure that out before i go to school! :D I definatly feel lucky, and really happy! Tomorrow is a day of spending time with my kids!!!!! So excited!

Life is a journey that takes turns and curves we dont understand but follow it and in the end it all happens for a reason.....we all end up at the destination we were meant to be at!

Homecoming weeks starts off not so great

Well Jaxon is not sleeping too well right now. Crazy but I think his top eye teeth are gonna pop through. So my son will look like a vampire when they pop through.....great! Might start calling him a Cullen! haha. Poor thing is pretyt miserable with that too. Runny nose, drooling like crazy and fussing cuz hes miserable....fun times! Plus it doesnt help Erik is pretty sick right now too. So sick he skipped Coronation in Hurley and Viborg tonight. I think he may even not work tomorrow which is really odd cuz he has worked without any sick days except like one in the last 2 years. His reasoning is that its too much work to prepare for a sub, its just easier to work! lol. So tomorrow Im sure he will take both kids to daycare cuz he cant possibly take care of them when hes sick, even though when Im sick i have to mother two children too. I know there are tons of moms that feel the same way. Men are babies when they are sick, they want us to feel sorry for them but when the role is reversed the show must go on.....booooo.

So i was going through some old videos and pictures....im pretty sure that Jaxon looks ALOT like Cam did at this age. its really almost scary!
